The Thread report
What your Thread report contains
A Thread report is built entirely from your own five sessions. Below is its architecture: the seven sections every report holds, what each one does, and how much of it there is. The shape is the same for everyone. What fills it is only ever you.
1.Introduction, and how to read it
~290 wordsThe frame. This is not therapy, not coaching, not advice, not a diagnosis. It is a structural audit of one person, held to the light. It tells you that every line ahead is grounded in your own words, and that it is to be read slowly, once, and kept.
2.The Thread
~380 wordsThe single spine running through your whole life, named in one sentence, then shown back to you in your own evidence. Often it separates into the two or three strands braided into it. This is the finding the free Record gives you a glimpse of. Here it is opened.
3.The Sacrifice Structure
~700 words, the longest sectionThe full ledger of what you have given up to hold the pattern intact. Every sacrifice sorted into the ones you chose and the ones fear made for you, each one named, quoted from your own mouth, and ruled on. Then the specific places you are betraying yourself, itemised.
4.The Fragments
~700 wordsThe parts of you running the whole thing from underneath. Which one was raised up to carry everything, which ones were sent away so it could keep carrying, and how they lock each other in place as a closed, self-feeding system.
5.The Accountability Position
~770 wordsTwo ledgers, side by side. The weight you carry that was never yours to carry, and the weight that is yours that you have set down. Each one listed, ending in the turn from being the object of the pattern to its author.
6.The Pattern Across Domains
~465 wordsThe same mechanism traced, in your own words, through your relationships, your work, your money, your body, and the face you show the world. Same knot, different costumes, five times over.
7.The Origin
~395 wordsThe pattern followed back to the room it was formed in. The early scene, the relationship that installed it, the adaptation that made sense then, and why a child's brilliant solution became the adult's most expensive one.
8.And what comes next
~365 wordsYour specific, named material mapped onto the work that meets it, so you know exactly where to go from here.
Seven sections. Around 3,900 words, every one of them yours. The Record you already hold runs to about 450.
Your Record named the pattern. This is what the Thread does with it. From a real report, every identifying detail removed.
“You came in convinced you were the one who abandons herself in service of others. But the first abandonment was done to you. You did not choose the post. It was handed to you before you could refuse it. And then, to survive standing somewhere your needs could not be met, you did something precise and self-protective: you removed yourself from the picture. You became the door, so you would never have to be the child standing in it.”
The Record is the recognition. The Thread is the reversal, and the walk back to where it began.
Reading the shape of the map is not the same as holding yours. The map is made of you, and it does not exist until the five days draw it.
One more thing, because I was a therapist before I built any of this. In twenty years of practice, and alongside dozens of other therapists, a structural picture this complete was not something you handed a client in a session. It was something you worked toward for twelve to eighteen months, if you ever got there, because that is how long it takes in a room to see the whole architecture and earn the right to name it. For many people, though not all, this does what the first year of therapy is often for: to map these patterns and name them. The Thread does it in five days, in your own words, and hands it to you to keep.
And I will stand behind it without hedging. This is the most comprehensive, individualised, genuinely non-generic read of your own psychology you will ever be handed. A full refund is available any time before your first session. Once the work begins, it's yours. Bring it the truth, and the map will be true.
